When your existing candle has finished burning, either put it in the freezer for a couple hours or pour in boiling water. Either way, the bulk of the wax will be easily removed. Wipe out any remaining wax with a paper towel and insert the refill. We have a guide with detailed step by step instructions.

    Absolutely fantastic!

    Recieved super fast, I was sceptical as to whether the decent would be the same as Diptyque and it was! Strong, not synthetic or cheap-ish at all - I’m soooo pleased - please restock full bloom and reading room ASAP so I can get more 😝

    And if you can do some other fragrances like byredos burning rose, that would be fab!!!!!
