In a city where your hand soap has become a status symbol, Element Brooklyn stands up for all the scent-obsessives on a budget. I have bougie fragrance taste, but dropping $80 on a candle every month is a bit excessive. The brand specializes in complex blends that mimic famous scents from your favorite expensive fragrance house. My personal favorite is Dusk in Eden, comparable to Jo Malone’s Pomegranate Noir, but a mere fraction of the price. And I can just buy the refill to put in my recycled original vessel, so it’s sustainable for the environment and my wallet.
